Domenica selects only small and medium Italian producers who comply with the code of ethics established by the founders and declare to:

1.
Produce natural food, without the use of preservatives or other chemical additives.

2.
Respect and care for the environment, use renewable energy sources in at least one of the production processes.

3.
Respect workers’ rights and ensure the highest safety standards at work.

4.
Implement fair agreements with all the actors of the production chain and contrast mafia groups,
illicit practices and all forms of economic and social oppression.

5.
Prevent any form of gender, ethnic, religious and sexual discrimination on the workplace.
